Hi there! I'm really looking forward to the Captain Rainbow translation!
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that apparently some people are working on a translation for that DS Chibi-Robo game over at gbatemp.net. I have no idea if it's is going well/how far along it is, but I thought it would be useful to let you know since it's in the poll. R: That's some really good news, I love the Chibi-Robo series and I obviously want to put my hands on that third game as well. I couldn't find the time to work on it myself, so I'm happy I won't have to, I hope they do a good work (both the chibi-robo games have a good amount of weird characters with weird dialogues).

I don't know if you guys remember me, but I posted a while back pleading to do a Berserk translation.
Now there is no need!! ^_^

Why? Because some genius has created a working patch not only in English, but in Italian also!
Who knows you may know the genius behind the project :p

Give it a blast, giving your feedback to the user as I'm sure it will benefit him greatly in improving the translation.

It's a work in progress, but it's the best I've seen. Kirameki has one less game to consider translating, so no need for it to be in the polls now :p

Hiiro no Kakera & Vampire Knight fans have better hopes now... maybe :D

I'm off to slaughter some monsters and hunt the God Hand >:D

Finally wishing Kirameki all the best on their projects. I won't be forgetting about Captain Rainbow when a complete patch is released!

R: Woot, that's fantastic news! Of course I remember you, we talked about it around a year ago, and the time to fulfill the promise was quickly approaching.
Happy to see that other people are taking on the same games we find interesting, we'll sure use the patch to play the game ourselves, and I also want to advertise this work to all our followers.

Hi there, I was just wondering, when will the Captain Rainbow patch be released? Or, let me rephrase the question: about how far done, percentage-wise, are you with the CR translation? I just got the game but here I wasn't aware that the translation was still incubating. My own fault, to be sure, but I'd like to know when I could expect to play this awesome game in my native language (or at all, for that matter). Thanks!

R: The only thing I can say, is that the initial english translation of the text is completed. I'm sorry, but I do not have percentages on how much this will need to be polished, or how much time the hacking will take to be perfected.
My copy of the game is patiently waiting as well as yours.

In the Hiiro no Kakera translation what platform is it, but I highly suggest the DS platform because it is easier to play with emulators, and that is the only platform I got (DS with R4 with a 4GB SD card). If so in the DS I highly support your project.

Sorry for another question but are you going to translate more otome game, especially in the DS platform.

R: Whatever we translate in the future, I think we'll first prepare a script translation, thus valid for all the platforms, and then search for interested hackers. Probably ds games are simpler to hack, so ds versions would be preferred.
Regarding the otome games, Seles is interested, but I can't really say which ones we'll do and when, I'm sorry.
